HALMAL-LCTC is a privately owned general services company established in 2017 to help rebuild essential infrastructure and supply chains disrupted by years of conflict. We deliver construction, logistics, procurement, and transport solutions that keep people, goods, and services moving where they’re needed most.

We support regional recovery through affordable goods and services, transport for humanitarian aid, and community education on maintaining roads, schools, and hospitals for sustainable use.
